For time:

15 overhead squats 95/63

15 c2b pullups

15 thrusters

15 c2b pullups

15 front squats

15 c2b pullups

15 push press

15 c2b pullups

Wt=95lb/63lbs. Every time you drop the barbell or drop of the pullup bar you must do 15 air squats before resuming the workout.
