WOD – April 29, 2016

Today we have a normal morning schedule, but our last workout is at noon!  We encourage all our members to come out to Rancho High School for the Friday Night Lights Event and workout there!  There will be wods going on from 4pm to 9pm, come out and rock your SCCF gear!

Work Out of the Day

Floor Press 10-10-10

then,

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 wallballs, 20/14lb, 10/9ft

10 pushups

1 bear complex, 135/85lb

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.  Bear complex = (power clean + front squat + push press + back squat + push press)
