Favorite activity outside of CrossFit?  Golf
 
Favorite workout music?  Country…I’ll have to introduce it to the trainers some time
 
How long have you been crossfitting? 3 yrs
 
Which SinCity location do you workout at, and how did you get started there?  Sin City (main)…Mr. London bugged the crap out of me to check it out…one of the rare times he’s right
 
Favorite movement?  Anything heavy
 
Favorite workout?  Grace
 
Least favorite movement?  tie – burpees & box jumps
 
Best 1rm clean n jerk: 275lbs                  
Why do you go to SCCF?  Everyone is there to push themselves to the limit and check their egos at the door…plus, I could never push myself this hard working out solo at 24 hour fitness
 
What is something people would be surprised to know about you?  Played tight end at UNLV
 
How has crossfit improved your life?  It’s put me in the best physical condition since my college football days
 
What or who inspires you the most?  My kids, I want to lead by example and have them grow up with an active lifestyle
 
Biggest achievement since you started/ what you are most proud of?  Getting back down to my playing weight after 15 yrs
 
What are your fitness goals for this year?  Lose and lift more weight
