Work Out of the Day


Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2

then,

For time:

20 overhead squats, 115/75lb

20 front squats, 115/75lb

20 back squats, 115/75lb

*every time the bar is dropped the athlete must complete 10 shoulder to overhead before continuing and the workout starts witch 10 shoulder to overhead

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.
