5 pullups

5 ring dips

15 situps

Post reps and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

4 rounds for time of:

400m run

50 air squats

then,

as many reps as possible in remaining time of (20 minutes total):

5 grasshoppers

5 burpees

Post time and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
