Work Out of the Day

5 rounds for time of:

5 overhead squats, 135/95lbs

10 knees to elbows

5 shoulder to overhead, 135/95lb

30 double unders

1 minute rest

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

In teams of 2, as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

1 mile run – buy in

5 burpees

10 jumping pullups

15 overhead walking lunges, 20/14lbs

*Athletes must run together.  One athlete works while the other rests.  They must alternate movements.  Post total rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
