-13 squat clean thrusters, 165/110lbs
-13 toes to bar
*If round is completed within 3 minutes, then another 3 minutes is added. Athletes continue with same reps and time, until they can no longer finish within 3 minutes.
Basics
5 rounds for max reps of:
400m run
20 kb swings, 53/35lbs
max rep burpees
1 minute rest
Post burpees per round and total burpees to beyond the whiteboard.
