Work Out of the Day

3 x 500m row for time

then,

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 burpee box jumps, 20″

15 step ups, 45/25lbs, 20″

45 double unders

Rest 2 minutes

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 box jumps, 30/24″

15 overhead walking lunges, 45/25lbs

45 double unders

Rest  2 minutes

5 burpees (to plate)

15 alternating jumping lunges

45 double under

Post slowest row and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
