Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

2 Deadlifts

*use the same weight for all deadlifts

then,

4 rounds for time of:

21 alternating db power snatch, 50/35lb

15 box jumps, 24/20″

9 pullups

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
