5 sets of 3 front squats + 1 jerk

then, 

“Heart Breaker”

As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 power clean, 155/105lb

10 front squats

10 shoulder to overhead

20 toes to bar

30 handstand pushups

20 toes to bar

10 shoulder to overhead

10 front squats

10 power cleans

Post loads and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
