Today’s WOD times are 6am, 8am, and 10am and a Daiper WOD at noon!

Tomorrow we will be re doing the first workout of the Fit Challenge!

Thursday at 5pm we will be showing the announcement of 18.1 at the gym on the projector to commence the open!

This Friday is Friday Night Lights from 4 to 8pm!

800m run (buy in)

then,

2 rounds of –

50 situps

50 double unders

40 wallballs, 20/14lb

50 double unders

30 db snatch, 50/35lb

50 double unders

20 db overhead walking lunge, 50/35lb

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
