Work Out of the Day

 

Max Effort Handstand Pushups

then,

 “Open Repeat”

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

70 deadlifts, 135/95lbs

60 box jumps, 24/20″

50 pushups (hand release)

40 front squats, 135/95lbs

30 chest to bar pullups

20 thrusters, 135/95lbs

max handstand pushups

Post rep to beyond the whiteboard.

Basics

In teams of 2, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

3 toes to bar

6 burpees

9 ball slams

Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.  One athlete works while the other rests.  Athletes must alternate movements.
