then,

“Cindy at the Bar”

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

3 power cleans, 135/95lb

6 shoulder to overhead, 135/95lb

9 front squats, 135/95lb

Post loads and rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
