As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

100m run

15 step ups, 20/14lb, 24/20″

15 pushups

100m run

10 step ups, 20/14lb, 24/20″

10 ring dips

100m run

5 step ups, 20/14lb, 24/20″

5 handstand pushups

Post reps and rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
