50 calorie row

50 wallballs, 20/14lb, 10/9ft

50 shoulder to overhead, 115/85lb

50 box jumps, 24/20″

Post rounds complete to beyond the whiteboard and Granite Games.

Masters 45-49 = 105/75lb

Masters 50+, Teens, and Scaled = 20/10lb, 9ft, 95/65lb
