5 rounds for time of:

40 Situps – Overhead hold, 45/25lb

30 Ball slams, 30/20lb – L sit hold

20 Calorie row – Handstand hold

10 x 50ft Sled pushes, 145/100lbs (inside)

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
