As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 ring dips

20 situps

20 second ring support hold

15 handstand pushups

20 situps

40 second handstand hold

20 hand release pushups

20 situps

60 second plank hold

Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
