10 minutes to find clean and jerk 1 rep max

then,

“A Piece of Cake”

For time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 clean and jerks, 135/95lbs

1 rope climb after each set

Post weight and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Metcon Workout

As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

buy in – 800m run 

1 box jumps

1 ball slam

2 situps

2 box jumps

2 ball slams

4 situps

3 box jumps

3 ball slams

6 situps

Continue in this rep scheme until the 25 minutes is up.  Score is total reps.  Post score to beyond the whiteboard.
