“Balls to Bar”

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

wallballs, 20/14lb

chest to bar pullups

2 minutes rest

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

wallballs, 20/14lb

knees to elbows

2 minutes rest

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

wallballs, 20/14lb

toes to bar

2 minutes rest

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

wallballs, 20/14lb

pullups

*for each amrep use the following rep pattern 3-6-9-12-15-18….

Post reps completed for each round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
