We have added another gymnastics class to our schedule!  There is now gymnastics on Tuesdays at 730pm and Thursdays at 530pm!

Work Out of the Day“Ball and Chain”In teams of 2, 4 rounds for time of:30 walking lunges400m run15 kb swings, 53/35lbs100′ burpee broad jump10 toes to barPartners will be attached to each other at the ankles with pullup bands.  All movements must be performed together simultaneously.  Post time to beyond the whiteboard.[nggallery id=351]Basics4 rounds for max reps of:1 minute pushups1 minute ball slams, 30/20lbs1 minute air squats1 minute grasshoppers1 minute restPost reps per round and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
