4 rounds each for time of:

25 reps

400m run

25 reps

3 minute rest

Round 1 = dumbbell shoulder to overhead, 45/35lbs

Round 2 = medicine ball situps, 20/14lbs

Round 3 = dumbbell hang power clean, 45/30lbs

Round 4 = Medicine ball front squats, 20/14lbs

Post times to beyond the whiteboard.
