50/40 calorie bike for time

then,

5 rounds for max reps in 2 minutes of:

10/8 calorie bike

5 x 40ft shuttle sprint (200ft total distance)

50 jump rope singles

max rep shoulder to overhead, 135/95lb

2 minute rest

Post reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
