Today we are running a “open gym”  format. Due to the excessive time it takes to do the CrossFit Total.  Be prepared for classes to run a little longer then usual. Show up at the normal class times prepared to warm up and start the total promptly. The coaches will be there to help you determine the proper progressions to max out efficiently.
