Tomorrow at 1pm is the Paleo/Zone potluck! We encourage everyone who has entered the challenge and those who are still on the fence to show up and participate in the pot luck. Today we’re going to have a sign-up sheet at the front desk for all attendees. The goal of this gathering is to inform everyone about the diets, exchange resources and recipes and to eat a bunch of good paleo/zone food!! There are plenty of free paleo/ zone recipes on the internet if you’re confused on what to bring. You can go as complex as cooking up some paleo enchiladas or keep it simple with a fruit salad. This is the final weekend before the challenge officially begins so let’s get it started right!Work Out of the Day“Whitten”Five rounds for time of:22 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood22 Box jump, 24 inch boxRun 400 meters22 Burpees22 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ballArmy Captain Dan Whitten, 28, of Grimes, Iowa, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, based out of Fort Bragg, North Carolina, died February 2, 2010, when enemy forces in Zabul, Afghanistan, attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.
