Workout of the DayFront Squat 3-3-3-3-3Then…For Time:50 Front Squat (70% of FS 3RM)5 Burpees when the clock starts and every minute on the minute afterwards.  There is a 20min cap.


It’s been a long time coming, but the new gym is on its way.  Aside from more square-footage, the new training facility will have showers, lockers, new flooring, and easier freeway access!
