Â As many rounds as possible in 7min of:3 thrusters, 100/65lbs 3 chest to bar pullups 6 thrusters 6 c2b pullullps 9 thrusters 9 c2b pullups 12 thrusters 12 c2b pullups 15 thrusters 15 c2b pullups 18 thrusters 18 c2b pullup This is a timed workout.
