With the challenge underway, make sure you are attacking each WOD relentlessly. Whether you chose Zone or Paleo, make sure you ask any questions as they come up. An understanding of the method goes a long way toward its implementation.  Another great resource is sharing recipes with your fellow CrossFitters. Lastly, if there is anyone that you know should being doing the challenge alongside you, let them (and your trainers) know!
