New kids schedule: preschool – mon wed 6pm, sat 2pm
6-12yo – tues thurs 6pm, sat 230pm
  Saturdays beginner class is now at 3pm. 
There will still be a WOD for adults everyday at 6pm

Work Out of the Day

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Handstand hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second L-sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold
