**Holiday Schedule- We’re going to be closed Saturday and Sunday**

**Today we’re hosting our second annual “Crazy Christmas Sweater” contest at the gym. We’re going to have a team holiday WOD and crown this years best Christmas sweater!

 Work Out of the Day “Nightmare Before Christmas”

In teams of two for time:
1 Heavy Tire Flip
2 Muscle ups
3 Power Cleans, 135/83lbs
4 Handstand pushups
5 Front Squat, 135/83lbs
6 Knees 2 Elbows
7 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53lbs
8 Burpees
9 Push Press 135/83lbs
10 Chest 2 Bar Pull-Ups
11 Thrusters 135/83lbs
12 Rope Climbs, 15′
.

Perform just like the song.  1 tire flip. 2 mucle ups – 1 tire flip. 3 power cleans - 2 muscle ups - 1 tire flip.  4 handstand pushups - 3 power cleans - 2 mucle ups - 1 tire flip etc.  Teammates may alternate reps however they choose.
