 **The Paleo/Zone diet challenge ends this week! You can weigh in Monday-Friday before you work out, so make sure and show up early. The WODS this week will be as follows: Mon-“Helen”. Tues-Back Squat, Clean & Jerk. Wed-“Fran”. Thurs-“D.T.”. Fri-“Murph”.**

**Starting this week the 6am CF class will now be on Mon-Wed-Fri only**
