Work Out of the Day“V-Day WOD”In teams of 2 for time:400m buddy carry50 buddy wallballs, 14lbs300m buddy prowler push50 buddy deadlifts, 225lbs200m farmers/overhead carry, 90/45lb 50 buddy handstand pushups100m leap frogs50 buddy pistolsMovements may be done in any order. Wallballs are over the pullup bar. Partners must have both hands inside the plates on deadlifts and bar must be lowered to the ground. Partners must alternate on leapfrogs, pistols, and wallballs. Partners can switch as needed on buddy carry, prowler push, hspu, and carries.Â
