Work Out of the Day “Don’t Blow Your WOD”

2min overhead squat, 75/45lb
2min rest
2min abmat situps
2min rest
2min hang power snatch
2min rest
2min box jump, 24″
5min max effort power clean

 

Go for max reps at each movement resting 2min in between.  Immediateley after box jumps, the athlete has 5min to accomplish a max effort power clean.   Score = total reps + max load on power clean.
