This workout is dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th, 2006.  God bless Daniel and his family – thank you for your service.

Great Job last week!  In the sport of CrossFit/Fitness, the balance between form and intensity is classic one that must be ridden HARD.  Intesity without form is struggle in vain (and vice versa).  Our efforts must be pushed to the limit with each endeavor to maximize the benefits of our training.  SinCity CrossFit → I’m proud of your accomplishments in each, let’s go hard this week!
