Ready to know how the Friendsgiving Throwdown will start?! Here are Events 1&2!
Event 1: Partners will accumulate as many calories on the bike as possible in 4min. However one partner must be hanging from the pullup bar for calories to be counted. Partners can switch at anytime. After 4min, there will be a 1min reset before the next event.
Event 2: Each partner will have 1 attempt to establish a max set of toes to bar (rx) or Knee raises (scaled). There is a 2 min cap for event 2.
