Event 3 of the Friendsgiving Throwdown!
This one is immediately following Event 2
8 min for 1 partner to establish a
max snatch + 3 overhead squat
and the other to establish a
max clean + 3 front squats
A squat snatch or squat clean will be counted as the first squat rep. So, if the athlete does a squat snatch they will only have to overhead squat 2 more times. If they power snatch, they will do 3 overhead squats. Early bird registration ends 11/1!
