We want to wish good luck to five SinCity athletes heading to the IronGames for 3 days of competition!!
Dani will be competing in the Intermediate division in her first multi-day comp!!
Billy and Chris will be representing the RX division while Greg and Sarah will be throwing down in the Elite division!

Events begin Thursday afternoon with a swim event, Friday will have a 5k trail run, a 2 rep snatch max, and a 9/11 memorial wod. Saturday finishes up with two more events. We will be doing our best to live stream as many events as possible, but the best way to watch will be heading to Cedar City! We have a pretty awesome cheering squad assembling!
