Workout of the Day“Vision…Re-Vision”1. Deadlift (225/133lbs)2. Prowler (25′ @ 100lbs)3. Dumbell Push-press (55/35lbs)4. Squat Clean (115/73lbs) 5. BurpeesEach movement is performed in one minute intervals for max reps. Athlete moves through all 5 movements (one cycle) 3x in opposing order (example: 1-5, 5-1, 1-5). There is no rest between movements, but there is a one min rest after the 5th movement of each cycle.
