Sumo deadlift high-pull, 95 pounds
Push-press, 95 pounds
Ball Slams 30/20
In this workout you move from each of four stations after a 90 seconds.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a four-minute round from which a 90 second break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.
