Awesome turnout yesterday!!  June 29th-July 1st you can bring a friend to hit up a workout with you at ANY of our scheduled class times!!***** 4th of July class time will be at 10am and 12pm only***Work Out of the DayIn Teams of Two: AMRAP in 20min of:30 Double Unders6 Front Squats 155/1039 Pullups-Chest 2 barrun 50mTeammates alternate movements. One works while the other one rests.  Both teammates must sprint at the same time.  One teammate must complete the whole set before they can switch.
