Work Out of the Day“Get a Gripâ€
In teams of 2 perform 100 reps of the following complex for time:
hang clean               95lb/63lb
push press
One partner lifts while the other runs 400m. You must run 400m before recieving the bar. The bar must not touch the ground or it’s 20 burpees for the team.  Sitting down with the bar, like Rich and Ross pictured below in ’09, is not allowed.
