Workout of the Day

 “The Sumo Box”

5 rounds for time:
20 sumo-deadlift-high-pull (75/53lbs)
20 box jumps (24″ for all)
 
Call time immediately after the last box jump – you will have exactly 10 min from that time to find your max squat snatch.  Your score is calculated by subtracting your squat snatch weight (in pounds) from your time (in seconds).
