What: A competition to find out who is the strongest Policeman or Firemen in Nevada!  The bench press and deadlift will be the only two lifts this year.  There are ten weight categories for open and masters competitors.  USPF rules apply.  No bench shirts.  Competitors must where a singlet or gym shorts and a t-shirt.  Wilk’s formula will determine the best lifter.
