We will be hosting a CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course on March 17th!  Click the link on the right for more info!

This Saturday at 3pm we will be having the midway point diet challenge recipe swap/potluck!  Bring a paleo or zone dish to share along with recipe cards to hand out.  Not only will you be able to try delicious healthy foods, but you will also leave with several new recipes to try at home!  There is a sign up sheet by the whiteboard.  Even if you aren’t bringing a dish, sign up anyways.  See you there!

The last workout time on Saturdays has moved to 4pm.
