The last Saturday workout time has been moved to 4pm.
This Saturday at 3pm we will be having the midway point diet challenge recipe swap/potluck! Bring a paleo or zone dish to share along with recipe cards to hand out. Not only will you be able to try delicious healthy foods, but you will also leave with several new recipes to try at home! There is a sign up sheet by the whiteboard. Even if you aren’t bringing a dish, you can still come get some great food for only $5. See you there!
