Work Out of the Day“Helen”3 rounds for time of:400m run21 kb swings, 53lb/35lb12 pullupsThis is the last week of the challenge. Finish strong with whatever diet you chose. The results are visible in all of you, but it will be nice to see the numbers. Will this be a lifestyle change in the way you eat? Or is this just a one time thing? Also want to give some props to Katelyn, Megan, Sheena, and Kellie. They all got their very first pullups last week. Then they proceeded to finish cindy rx’d with 11, 8, 12, and 13 rounds repectively! Excellent job ladies. There’s no limit to what you can achieve with hard work , so keep it up.
