**Beginning tomorrow, we will be offering 6:00am classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.  Although there will be no 6:00am classes on Tuesday and Thursday, we will be offering an 8:00pm class on both days.**Work Out of the DayBarbaraFive rounds, each for time of:

30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
