50m bear crawl
50m burpee broadjumps
50 kb swings
50m sprint
50m backward sprint
25 handstand pushups
100m buddy carry
25 handstand pushups
50m backward sprint
50m sprint
50 kb swings
50m burpee broad jumps
50m bear crawl
100 squats
100m wheel barrel walk
 
Teammates can switch out as needed.  Only bear crawls, burpee broad jumps, and sprints are done simultaneously.
