Describe your goals when you started with the SCCF Nutrition program to where they are now? “I was focused on losing weight only.”
What does eating healthy mean to you? What has worked best for you? “Eating healthy feels like a special treat I do for myself.  I like Foodiefit, prepared meals.  They’re delicious and convenient.”
What are some of the accomplishments you have had in and out of the gym as a result of changing your eating habits? “The biggest accomplishment is my continued health.  Not just performing well but cardiovascular health, and longevity.  It’s a marathon, not a sprint.”
Anna, you’ve been through a lot the last few years. How has focusing on your whole health helped you be resilient to all the change? “I feel bulletproof now that nutrition is dialed in.  It’s not that adversity won’t strike but I feel prepared for whatever comes up, good or bad.”
What will your health and fitness look like in the next 5 years? “Probably about the same with more mobility and yoga.”
What would you say to someone who is thinking about signing up for the nutrition program? “Do it!  My only regret was that I hadn’t done it sooner.”
