 finish-linehand-offgrant-hip-flexorsheena-n-chrisCongratulations to Nick, Loni, Jen G, Mike, Grant, Billy, Chris A, Darrren, Kellie, Jen C, Jennie, and Sheena!  Over 400 teams ran the Ragnar Relay Race, and they placed 23rd overall,  19th in the coed division.  It was 195miles long and their time was 28hours, 22min, and 3sec with a mile pace of 8:43.  Just another example of how CrossFit can prepare you for any challenge.
