Work Out of the Day“Tight Bottoms”For time: Bottom to bottom tabata squats1 mile run40 wallballs800m run30 wallball 400m run20 wallball 200m run w/wallballThe squats start at the bottom position and end at the bottom position. The ten-second rest for each interval is also held at the bottom of the squat.  This will help with full hip extension.  Also, the ten second rests won’t seem so short this way. Subtract 2 seconds for every tabata squat from total time. Run starts immediatley after 4min tabata. 10 burpee penalty before mile for every time you break the bottom position on the rests.Great effort on the deadlifts!  So many personal records set today. Cassie and Liana both lifted 100lbs over their previous maxes! What’s your favorite lift and why?
